The thing is that people in Denmark and from other countries, are still managing to find ways to gamble in the online casino even though it is not legal. Because people are still gambling it makes sense for the Danish government as well as other governments to look at the business model that the United Kingdom created to see how they can apply it to their own country. If people are playing with a Casino Spil anyway, why not make it legal and allow for the government to profit from it?
No one knows for sure if Denmark will follow in the footsteps of the United Kingdom and Italy, but it seems in recent months that they may be softening and willing to consider a less rigid gambling system.
